The newly launched elixirHR, is a culmination of tMI leadership’s decades of experience in the HR domain. This home-grown HRMS is a next-generation solution with the adaptability and service of a boutique, custom-built system. elixirHR also offers seamless integration to payroll and ESS. Apart from working with a high sense of ethics, we also protect data by using the latest security technology and a structured business continuity plan that is designed to avoid and mitigate risks in case of any unforeseen disruption of operations.


Before we begin working with you, we analyse the work and ensure that there is a security and business continuity plan in place for you. Our plans are designed keeping in mind every possible risk and can be customised as per your perception of risk and business impact. Our robust security strategy for data access and data backup help in minimizing any potential threat or risk to the data.


Our Payroll data server is hosted in Tier-3 Data Center and users access the data via terminal window. Further, we ensure that all payroll data is backed up on daily basis. These back-up data tapes are moved to an offsite location with fire-proof storage on a monthly basis and tested regularly.


Apart from just data security, business continuity measures are also taken very seriously at tMI because we want to ensure that you and your employees are not affected by any delay that may arise due to a risk situation.

Founder, Chairman

Arvind drives tMI with his vision to bring quality HR solutions to businesses. He brings leadership experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing and business process outsourcing. He has been involved in global operations across HR, Technology and Healthcare. He founded ProLease India and has served as President of InterPro Global, successfully growing the businesses globally with his acumen , integrity and process expertise.



Ashwin Sundar

Senior Vice President Operations

A qualified Chartered Accountant and CPA having global experience in finance and management across industry verticals like manufacturing, consulting, SaaS & services. Key areas of specialization include Accounting & Finance, risk management, and leading large and diversified teams supporting Financial Controlling, Management Reporting and Business strategy towards operational excellence.



Hemalatha V

Senior Vice President Operations

As the VP of Operations at tMI, Hema oversees all aspects of Operations, including internal training to ensure Customer Delight. Aside from her nearly 17 years of experience in payroll, Hema also brings to the table, a depth of experience in Accounting & Finance, BPO and technology solutions, and is a specialist in quickly transitioning client processes without affecting business as usual. Numbers, data and logic are what drive Hema.
