methodology which will focus on ASIS migration
for the first 3 months and provide value adds
during the steady state. This methodology helps
the clients to get a comfort level in the processing
during the outsourcing relationship.
tMI has a robust workflow engine designed to
take care of the submission and approval process
with an audit trail built-in to the application
to track the activities. The work flow can be
used for services like Reimbursement processing,
Travel Claim Processing, Providing Payroll inputs
through the web and drawing out reports from the
web.
tMI payroll engine has the built-in Maker
Checker control in the application to avoid errors
during process. tMI payroll engine currently provides
around 40 defined reports and any adhoc report
requirement will be designed using the reports
tool within 24 hours. This flexibility helps the
client to get any kind of report pertaining to
payroll function at any point of time.
tMI also provides services like IT Proof verification,
generation of Form 16 and dispatching the same
to the individuals. tMI provides helpdesk by email,
telephone and onsite. These queries will be monitored
and tracked and discussed with the clients for
process improvement. This is part of our continuous
process improvement program.
