| Arvind is a second

and has served on the Board and as the President
of InterPro Global. He has a graduate degree in
business and has been involved in Global operations
in HR, Technology, Healthcare and Banking/Financial
Services. Arvind has also successfully led many
global M&A initiatives. He is the founder of

| He has done his
Master of Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj
Institute of Management, Bombay, 1975. Started with
Mukund Iron & Steel as Management Trainee and
Personnel Officer; Was with ITC Welcome Group as
Personnel Manager and Regional Personnel Manager,
and subsequently, with Enfield India Limited as
General Manager (Human Resources). Between June
2000 and March2002, worked actively with Polaris
software lab Ltd, a 2600 people organization as
consultant and President – Human Resources.
From July 2002 till August 2005 he was leading the
Consulting and training Division -as Principal Consultant-
at ProLease India Pvt. Ltd- part of the Washington
DC based Interpro group. Currently he heads the
Consulting and Training Division and directs the
HRD function at talent Maximus. |

Viswanathan .K.A. – Head Operations |

| Vish heads the Operations
at talent Maximus India P limited. He is a mathematics
graduate and has acquired a degree in software development.
Started off his career as an entrepreneur in the
area of software development with Payroll and HR
as flagship products. Handled payroll operations
across multiple horizontal segments and catering
over a client base of around 120 across India. Sold
off his business and joined a reputed HR BPO company
as an AVP – Payroll Operation, handling both
Indian and International payroll. Highly process
oriented and technology oriented person. His interpersonal
skills along with business acumen with process and
technology background make him a best fit for talent
Maximus. |

| Muthukrishnan
Dhandapani – AVP - Client Co-ordination |

| Muthu, A.V.P –
Client Co-ordination, heads the delivery of our
Staffing services. He has over 12 years of experience
out of which last 8 years have been in the BPO space
managing client relationship, operations, migration
and delivery. He has handled multiple domains in
both international and domestic business. Earlier
he was General Manager – Operations in InterPro
Global managing Healthcare vertical and staffing
delivery. He has successfully migrated new processes
from onsite, implemented offshore and set standards
where there was no existing benchmark or roadmap
for the same. He was the Management Representative
for ISO in the previous organization and has spear
headed various initiatives on quality management.
He is a champion of continuity ensuring that process
discipline is maintained and new methodologies are
evolved for improved efficiency. Muthu holds post
graduate degrees in business administration, Commerce
and Corporate Secretaryship. |
